She listened to my ideas and was also very flexible when I decided to go even shorter than originally planned! I love my elegant pixie cut - as an older woman I feel it's flattering and stylish - plus it's quite easy to style - Thank you for making my day!

Couldn't recommend highly enough! Especially Makoto, who is a miracle worker. She cut my hair perfectly, even when I couldn't quite describe what I wanted and saved me from the remnants of dodgy layers (done at another salon). Plus, the salon itself has a very calm vibe, good music, drinks, etc.
